What is WRONG with my cousin?

So herez the thing. My cousin stays in London while I stay in Leicester. I was in London for a year and we 2 had stayed nicely. When i moved to Leicester I lost track of him. I went bak to London like 6 months later n i find him very quiet. His hair was over-grown, his mustache overlapped his lips n he was very down. He lookd depressed to me. When I returned to Leicester, 2-3 days later he goes to my uncle and says "two of your employees came to my room and started hittin me". My uncle saw his face it was badly bruised. But it is impossible that those two employees wud hit him for anything. they cudn't get into the house in the first place. But he (my cousin) insists naa they must have broke in. I think therez sumthin wrong with my cousin. Can any1 tell me what?
