In black powder revolvers can i use 50cal rifle smokeless powder at the same grains 4 more power?

people say i can only use smoke less so will the rifle smokeless give more power in a naa companion it 22 black powder revolver or can i mix or use non smokeless powder they make 22mag 22lr the same size and metel so could i use powder from a 22lr bullet or mix i have the 1851 colt and the naa
