Tender breasts AFTER period?

my period started the exact same day and i'm still spotting a very very little bit. but my breasts especially my nipples are still very tender and painful. it just to wear a t shirt without a bra!! ve heard that their supposed to hurt. and have even heard that it can hurt up to 2 weeks AFTER ur period ends. so i'm assuming its normal.
